ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Ralph is a retired Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer. He holds degrees and physics, mathematics, and computer engineering. His graduate studies were in theoretical physics, focusing on the modeling of space-time associated with a rotating black hole. His career has included research and development for the Navy, Air Force, and Army. He spent the first part of his career as a physicist/ engineer on military projects related to advanced sonar and naval computer systems, missile design and threat classification, muti-mode airborne radar design, electronic warfare systems and electronic countermeasures, advanced avionics systems development and integration for both military and commercial aircraft along with numerous projects in information technology, including cybersecurity systems design, financial application design, software and hardware engineering. Ralph has taught college level courses in physics and mathematics. He currently resides with his wife in Texas, along with two dogs, two cats, and fourteen chickens. His passions are bike riding, reading, writing, studying modern physics, walking, and teaching. He currently volunteers as a teacher/tutor at a local community center.
